ARTICLE 2 – APPLICABILITY & CONDITIONS
Our general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by us as an online retailer to you as a Consumer (any natural person acquiring or using marketed products or services solely for non-professional purposes).
We only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. If you enter a delivery address in another country, we may refuse your order. If you’re from another country, you may contact us via +32476665241 to potentially arrange an alternative delivery option.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're under 18, we ask that your order be placed by your parent or legal guardian. If we discover that an order was placed by a minor, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Placing an order on the website constitutes an explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions, which are always available on the website.
If additional special conditions apply to certain products, the same applies to those conditions. In the event of a conflict between the general and specific conditions, the Consumer may always invoke the most favorable text.
ARTICLE 3 – OUR OFFER AND YOUR ORDER
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
We always describe what we sell and the ordering process as accurately as possible. Product images are a faithful representation of the actual items, though mistakes can happen. If we make an obvious error, we are not obliged to deliver the product.
Your order is complete and the agreement is final once you receive our email confirmation and once your payment is approved by your card issuer. If your payment is declined, we are not liable for any delivery delay or non-delivery.
To purchase a product, add it to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details, and proceed to the payment page. Once you’ve completed the process, your order is final. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing products or services, you have 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the contract to change your mind. You can return the order without penalty or reason (return shipping is at your own cost), or return it in-store.
In certain periods we offer free return shipping promotions; during such periods, no return fee applies.
If you return the item by post, we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days of receipt using the same payment method.
For in-store returns, please contact us in advance via info@checkpointmol.be or +32 14 31 27 59, referencing your order number.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified. If return by post is not possible, we will collect the item at no cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown proof of return.
During the first 14 days, you must handle the goods and packaging carefully. You may only inspect the product to decide whether to keep it.
Returned items must be unused, preferably with original packaging, accessories, and in original condition. If security seals are broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE
Discounts do not affect prices during the promotional period, except for VAT rate changes.
All prices include taxes, VAT, and services—no hidden surprises.
We charge a €7.50 shipping fee for orders under €75 unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the EU (if accepted), shipping is always €15 regardless of order value.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payments are accepted only through the website’s payment modules.
We accept all payment methods supported by our provider KBC-Paypage/Bancontact.
ARTICLE 7 – CONFORMITY & WARRANTY
We guarantee that our products match your order and meet normal expectations based on the product description.
We offer a 2-year statutory warranty on goods that are non-conforming at delivery.
If possible and reasonable, you may choose between repair or replacement. If neither is feasible, you may request a price reduction or cancel the contract.
If the defect occurs within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery (unless we prove otherwise). After 6 months, you must prove the defect existed upon delivery.
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY & PERFORMANCE
All items are delivered to the address you specify.
Orders placed before 12:00 on working days (for in-stock items) are typically delivered within 48 hours in Belgium and the Netherlands, or 72 hours for exceptions.
If we cannot deliver on time, you will be informed in advance. Otherwise, you may cancel the order and receive a refund within 30 days.
Shipments are at our risk, so you are not liable for lost packages. However, if you return goods, you are responsible for their transport.
If items arrive damaged or incorrect, report this within 7 days to info@checkpointmol.be or +32 14 31 27 59 and return them within 14 calendar days.
We are not liable for consequential damages due to late or non-delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the undelivered item.
ARTICLE 9 – PHOTO ACCURACY
We use a professional studio to photograph our products. However, colors or fits may appear differently on your screen. We strive to provide the most accurate representation possible.
ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. We may suspend or cancel the agreement.
Force majeure includes (but is not limited to): strikes, fire, business interruptions, network failures, unavailable website, delays from suppliers, etc.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website (logos, text, photos, names, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or our suppliers.
You may not copy, reproduce, or alter any protected content without prior written consent.
ARTICLE 12 – GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards remain valid indefinitely.
They are non-refundable.
We are not liable for loss or theft. Misuse by third parties is not our responsibility.
If partially used, the balance remains available under the same conditions.
Gift cards are personal and can only be used once.

We aim to respond to complaints within 7 days.
All contracts are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only Belgian courts are competent.
If international law applies, Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law will be used for interpretation.
