When purchasing products or services, you have 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the contract to change your mind. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified. If return by post is not possible, we will collect the item at no cost to you. You may only inspect the product to decide whether to keep it. Returned items must be unused, preferably with original packaging, accessories, and in original condition. If security seals are broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.
