You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified. If return by post is not possible, we will collect the item at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown proof of return. During the first 14 days, you must handle the goods and packaging carefully. You may only inspect the product to decide whether to keep it. Returned items must be unused, preferably with original packaging, accessories, and in original condition. If security seals are broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.
