When purchasing products or services, you have 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the contract to change your mind. You may only inspect the product to decide whether to keep it. Returned items must be unused, preferably with original packaging, accessories, and in original condition. If security seals are broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.
